Q: Where is your store actually located and why a pre-order process?
A: Our store is located in Singapore. Since back then, we practice a pre-order process as our stocks are stored in Indonesia and Malaysia.
Q: What is the grade of your jerseys?
A: In Malaysia and Thailand, our product is graded as AAA and in Indonesia our product is graded as KWSUPER.
Q: Why don't you allow us to purchase the League jerseys from our region? For example, if I'm from Malaysia or Thailand, why can't I buy MSL and TPL jerseys and if I'm from Indonesia, why can't I buy ISL and IPL jerseys?
A: The answer is simple. We do have our stores in Malaysia and Indonesia and in order for you to purchase it fast, without shipping and tax charges and without any currency exchange incurred, you may contact our other stores which are in your region instead.
Q: Are your prices stated consists of shipping costs and taxes to Singapore only? Is there any additional cost incurred when shipping to other region?
A: Yes. The prices at our site are for Singapore purpose only and if you're from any region outside Singapore, there will be an additional cost.
Q: I am just a jersey collector. Am I allowed to purchase 1 item before your cut off period?
A: Yes, you are allowed to do so.
Q: I am a seller. What is the minimum quantity for me to order?
A: For now till June 2013, we do allow a minimum of 5pcs. Starting in July 2013 onwards, the minimum quantity is 10pcs.
Q: After deposition for available item, how long does it take for me to receive my item? How much should I deposit?
A: The deposit is 50%. Our cut off period is mid and end of the month and the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) will be a week after our cut off date.
Q: When your stocks are unavailable during the time when I ordered, can I just park my money at your company first till all item that I need are available?
A: Yes, you may do so.
